At Glamour, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics and skincare items cannot be accepted for return unless they are defective.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Glamour account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
